Thoughtful Manipulation

You can master yourself through thoughtful manipulation

How many times have we seen men or women on TV trying to manipulate each other for some kind of gain?  And we therefore associate manipulation with a negative connotation.  But manipulation doesn't always have to be a bad thing.  Observing yourself and maybe perusing a bit of information on psychology can be quite helpful.  You can learn how to manipulate and that skill of manipulation you can use to manipulate yourself for your own benefit.

Wouldn't you love to know how to make yourself happy, when you feel sad?  Wouldn't you love to feel relaxed, when you're stressed? Wouldn't you love to go back to feeling up, when you feel down?  Well then, thoughtful manipulation could be the tool for you.  Start out the wisest way possible by observing yourself and your habits.

Manipulation in this regard is helpful to control yourself.

I have myself down to a science.  I know exactly how long it takes for my daily duties to get done in a work day.  Therefore I am able to schedule my time, our most valuable resource.  I have observed and I am aware of what makes me feel happy, so when I'm down I know just what to do to get back up.  I know what makes me feel relaxed and I know how to treat myself and make myself feel special.  I have learned how to manipulate myself, therefore I can be in even more control of myself.  I am not victim to my emotions and if a circumstance approaches that makes me feel a way I don't want to I know how to toy to get the result I want.

So be observant, research and take the time to learn.  And learn in essence how to control yourself, through thoughtful manipulation.
