Manage Your Emotions



I simply remember my
favorite things and then

You've heard manage your money, maybe manage your business and now I'm telling you to manage your emotions.  Mental health has highs and lows.  There are times when you are so happy you’re elated!  And times when you’re so down your almost depressed.  But if you can be observant and be in tuned with yourself, you can be in control.  When you’re at the point of elation and you can recognize how happy you feel.  Enjoy it for a moment.  But keep in mind that you have to come down for your own good.  Take a moment, breath, relax and slowly come down or as some would say, calm down.

If your down in the dumps, remind yourself of what you do when your happy or research what people's body language is when their happy and do the same.  Just carrying the body language of a happy person will help to generate a more positive attitude.
So keep in mind, when you’re happy or excited enjoy it, but come down and if you’re down do the work to get back up.
I can't tell how many times I've heard people say that they could have saved themself from problems before it got to the point of being out of my control if only someone had told them how to manage themself.  Things we would have liked to have told our younger self.  So now I am telling you.  If your at the point that you can control yourself do, if not try to seek help.
